1. Where are you based?
I’m based in Kaukauna, Wisconsin, and I regularly serve clients in Appleton and Green Bay. I’m always up for an adventure, so if you have a special location in mind, let’s make it happen!
2. Do you offer travel sessions? Will there be an additional fee?
Absolutely! I love exploring new places and capturing stories in beautiful settings. Travel fees are calculated based on transportation, lodging, and per diem, depending on the location. If you have a specific destination in mind, feel free to ask for a custom quote!
3. Do you help with posing during the session?
My goal is to capture you as naturally as possible, focusing on genuine moments and interactions. I’ll gently guide you with prompts and direction to keep things flowing, but think of it less as a posed photoshoot and more like a fun experience where you can just be yourselves while I document your story.
4. What if my kids won’t engage during the session?
That’s totally okay! Every child is different, and I never force stiff or unnatural poses. Instead, I let them be themselves, capturing real moments of play, cuddles, and connection. If they need breaks, we’ll take them!
5. How long until our photos are ready?
I pour a lot of care into each image to ensure they reflect my style and quality. Because of this, final galleries are delivered within 4 to 6 weeks after your session.
6. What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Life happens, and I totally get that! The deposit is non-refundable, as it reserves your session date and blocks off my availability. However, if you need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, I allow up to two reschedules at no extra cost.
- If the reschedule is due to weather, we can move the session up to two times without a fee.
- If it’s due to illness, I’m happy to accommodate two reschedules as well.
If a third reschedule is needed, a $100 rescheduling fee will apply.
